Cancellation Policy
7 days notice of cancellation for a full refund or transfer to another class. Less than 7 days notice, but more than 24hrs, 50% refund or transfer to another class at tutor's discresion. 24hrs notice or less, or no-show, no refund. If the tutor needs to cancel a class, customers get a full refund or the option to transfer to another date. Tutor retains discretion to make exceptions for emergencies or exceptional circumstances
